Boutique M&A and investment banks
Run a full sale process on a boutique budget.
Boutique advisory teams run the same process the big banks do, with far less to spend on software. You get one room per deal, one monthly price and no charge for page views.
- Large room, $1,000 a month
- 25 internal users
- Unlimited guests

How it runs
Six bidders, one room.
Run the bidders side by side in a single room. Each one sees only what you have opened to them.
- 01
Set up your own team first
Create the room, load the folders and give your deal team their permissions. Then pick the Q&A roles: who coordinates and who answers.
- 02
Invite the bidders
Invite each bidder by email. If someone has not registered yet, their pending seat holds the permissions until they do.
- 03
Change access in bulk
Grant or clear a permission for a whole row or column at once. The change lands in one go, so the room is never half updated.
- 04
Keep questions out of email
Bidders ask against a specific document and pick a priority, which sets the deadline. An expert drafts the answer and a coordinator approves it before it is published.
- 05
Sift the second round
Compare reading time by bidder. Your hunch about who is serious becomes something you can check.
- 06
Close out cleanly
Export the activity log to CSV and hand it to the client, refused attempts included.
Questions and deadlines
Every question has an owner and a due date.
Overdue questions are flagged, so nothing languishes in someone’s inbox.

Reading time
See who actually read the model.
Reading time counts only while the tab is visible. Filter by bidder and export to CSV.
What you will use most
Built around the way a process actually runs.
Q&A roles per room
Choose who coordinates and who answers, room by room.
Priority sets the deadline
Bidders choose a priority when they ask. The deadline follows from it, and overdue questions are flagged.
Comments on documents
Anyone in the room can comment, including view only guests. Close the thread when it is settled.
Watermark on view and download
The reader’s name, email, address and time go on the page.
Full text search with OCR
Scanned PDFs are indexed after OCR. File names are searchable straight away.
E signature inside the room
Send one document to several signers. The signed copy comes back to the room as a new version.

Questions advisors ask
Who approves answers before bidders see them?
A coordinator. An expert prepares the answer, the coordinator approves it, and only then does the bidder see it.
Do bidders take up our internal seats?
No. Internal users are your team. Bidders, investors and counsel are guests, and guests are unlimited on every plan.
Can we run several deals at once?
Yes. Each room is billed on its own plan. For several rooms at once or a dedicated instance, contact us.
